Payment Issue

How the process works:

When this form is received in our office, we'll contact you after the investigation is complete
at the e-mail provided or between the hours of 6pm and 10pm Monday - Friday.

You may also be contacted "but not promised" on Saturday & Sunday between the hours
of 10am and 3pm. When you are contacted ;

  1. You must give us all the information about the transaction.
  2. You'll need to know what we are investigating.
  3. We'll finish our investigation within 15 business days ( Monday - Friday ).
  4. If we find the transaction is unauthorized or incorrect.
  5. We'll refund within 90 days or correct the amount within 30 business days.
